Paul De Lange
B.ED., Grad Dip Acc., M.Bus Acc., PhD, CPA, IPA
Paul is currently Dean of Teaching and Learning at the Curtin Business school and RMIT. Previously he was Professor and Deputy Head of Research in the Department of Accounting at RMIT University Australia. He is author of forty publications, and is a regular speaker at numerous international and national conferences.
Paul is an associate editor of Accounting Education: an international journal, and has won over $700,000 in competitive research grants in the last 4 years. Paul is highly respected internationally, and in 2007, he gave a plenary address at the British Accounting Association Special Interest Group on Accounting Education. He has also participated as an expert reviewer for Otago University.
He is currently President of AFAANZ Australia, and assumed the Presidency in July 2013. Paul’s track record in research grants and publications shows he is a ‘team player’ and a research mentor.
